Hello! I'm Chanie, the owner and chocolatier behind Cacao HaGalil. After completing my culinary studies in New York, I worked for Jacques Torres chocolates for 5 years, my last position there was manager of chocolate production.
I made Aliya at 2020 and fallen in love with the beautiful North of Israel.
I founded Cacao HaGalil to share my two great passions: artisanal chocolate and my love of Israel.
Every piece is handcrafted right here, with flavors and designs directly influenced by the breathtaking nature and scenery that surrounds me.

What is the maximum number of participants in the chocolate workshops?
Our chocolate workshop is suitable for up to 15 participants.
Do you offer a special workshop rate for large groups?
Of course. We offer a 5% discount for groups of more than 10 participants.
