I’m Chana, Nice to Meet You
After completing my culinary studies in New York, I worked for Jacques Torres chocolates for 5 years, my last position there was manager of chocolate production.
In 2020 i made Aliya and instantly fell in love with the breathtaking beauty of the North. I founded Cacao Hagalil to bring together my two greatest passions: fine chocolate and the Land of Israel.
Every creation in my boutique is handcrafted, with flavors and designs inspired by the nature and stunning scenery that surrounds me. For me, nothing brings more joy than seeing the smile on people’s faces as they experience my chocolates.
