• 1.1. Welcome to the website of Cacao HaGalil (hereinafter: the “Website”). The Website is owned by Cacao HaGalil.
• The Website serves as an online platform for the purchase of Cacao HaGalil chocolate products, including: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, sugar-free chocolate sweetened with natural sweeteners, chocolate based on goat milk, and additional and/or other products as may appear on the Website from time to time.
• Use of the Website, including placing an order, constitutes full agreement to the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
• Cacao HaGalil may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
• These Terms and Conditions are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders. (Hebrew version only)

Eligibility to Place Orders

• Orders on the Website may be placed only by a person who:
  • is over the age of 18 and legally competent to perform binding legal acts;
  • possesses a valid credit card or other payment method approved on the Website;
  • has an active email address and a valid telephone number in Israel.
• Cacao HaGalil reserves the right not to approve an order at its discretion, including in cases of provision of incorrect or incomplete details; suspicion of unlawful or improper use of the Website; violation of these Terms and Conditions; non-approval of the transaction by the credit card company or other approved payment entity.

Products

Cacao HaGalil makes reasonable efforts to present accurate information on the Website regarding the products, including images, product descriptions, weight, ingredients, allergen markings, and kosher certification information

• There may be differences between the appearance of the products displayed on the Website and the actual products delivered.
• Some products may contain: milk and dairy products; nuts (such as almonds, cashews, pecan, and hazelnut); and gluten.
• Allergenic Ingredients. The customer bears sole responsibility for verifying suitability for personal dietary needs, sensitivities, allergies, or medical restrictions.

Kosher Certification

• Cacao HaGalil products are kosher in accordance with the kosher certification displayed on the Website and/or on the product packaging.
• Cacao HaGalil may change the certifying kosher authority from time to time.
• Customers wishing to verify a specific level of kosher certification are requested to review the updated kosher marking prior to placing an order.

Prices and Payment

• All prices displayed on the Website are in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated.
• Cacao HaGalil reserves the right to update prices at any time at its discretion.
• Payment shall be made according to the payment methods set forth on this Website.
• The Order shall be deemed accepted only after approval by the credit card company or other acceptable payment method.

Delivery and Shipping

• Cacao HaGalil delivers throughout Israel. Delivery times depend on the delivery area and shall be detailed on the Website.
• The customer bears sole responsibility for providing an accurate delivery address and valid contact details.
• Delays may occur due to: weather conditions; delivery availability; security situation; force majeure; events beyond Cacao HaGalil’s control. Cacao HaGalil shall not be liable for such delays.

Cancellation of Transactions and Returns

• Cancellation of a transaction shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
• As the products sold are food products, products may not be returned after delivery, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order supplied.
• In the event of a defective product, customer service must be contacted within 24 hours from receipt of the delivery.

Liability

• Cacao HaGalil shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damage arising from the use of the Website or the products.
• Liability for products shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the products.
• Cacao HaGalil shall not be responsible for improper use of the products.
